About Law Office of Jennifer Cook Purcell, PLLC

Jennifer Cook Purcell, Esq.

I have been a lawyer in Texas since 2001. I began my career as a litigator and then made the switch to real estate law, where I have practiced for over 18 years. I focus my practice on a wide variety of complex commercial real estate matters, including real estate acquisition and disposition, title and other due diligence review, and the structuring and development of residential, commercial, mixed-use, and condominium projects (including office, industrial, retail, and resort assets). My clients have included REITS, investors, privately held development firms, private individuals, as well as developer-controlled property owners’ associations.

Before forming my solo-practice, I was privileged to practice with some excellent attorneys at the law firms of DLA Piper US, Greenberg Traurig LLP, and Winstead PC, among others.
